Consent & Cookies: Ever wonder how to actually talk about consent without it being weird? This fun, hands-on workshop (yes, with snacks!) teaches you real-life ways to set boundaries, say no, and have better convos in all kinds of relationships. 

Dragons' Lair Simulation: Dragons' Lairs are a fun, interactive workshop the encourage students to think about how skilled trade and technology careers can translate into successful business ownership. 

Fake It ‘Til You Make It: The Teen Leadership Edition: Fake It ‘Til You Make It: The Teen Leadership Edition, high school students will explore how confidence, communication, and creative problem-solving can turn "uhh…" moments into leadership wins. Through games, real-talk discussions, and hands-on challenges, students will learn how to step up, speak out, and lead. Because sometimes, the first step to being a great leader... is just acting like one.  

Fanny Pack Leadership: Join Maddie Campbell from the Canadian Student Leadership Association for this session on the tips, tricks, and tools student leaders can activate from their leadership fanny pack. Featuring ideas from across Canada, Maddie will work with student leaders to showcase how they can create events that engage their entire school community.  

Finding Your Small, Consistent Actions: In this interactive workshop, Sam Demma shares that transformative idea through heartfelt stories and practical insights.  You’ll explore the simple science behind intention-setting and learn four fundamental guidelines for effective goal-setting. Walk away with clarity, confidence, and the tools to take purposeful action in your life and work.  

Get Up & Glow: Our session is high energy, interactive, and fun. You'll learn new games and cheers you can bring back to your own schools to help build spirit. 

Hosting  A Junior Leadership Conference: Students will leave this session with all of the information they need to plan and host a conference for a younger generation of school leaders.

How Not to be a Hammer - Building an Effective Communication Toolbox Students will build a communication toolbox they can use in day-to-day life. Content includes an interactive activity; exploring models of communication; styles of communication; empathy building; and roadblocks to avoid. 

Inspiring & Empowering Others in Sports: An engaging session that will leave you eager and confident to inspire and empower others involved in sports. Come prepared to listen, engage and participate in some fun activities!  

Leadership on A National Scale: Opportunities for Students and Educators Across Canada: In this workshop session, educators will work with Maddie Campbell, Executive Director of the Canadian Student Leadership Association to learn about a range of opportunities for student leaders and school communities including events, resources, and quick ideas for impact.  

Let loose, it's your time to shine!: Draw/Paint Your "Graffiti" style name along with personal imagery. The imagery depicts your identity.  

Light Up Your World With a Pumpkin: We will be making a pumpkin that lights up. You need no craft experience to do this craft. What a great souvenir to take home!  

MMA Seminar: MMA class filled with fun skills amd drills like striking and grappling that provide a self defense foundation along with a great workout

Try-a-Trade Kit - Build a Zen Garden: Build your own zen garden to take home to decorate! Students will screw together a box and are given all materials to create their own Zen Garden. This session allows students to learn about Carpentry, while creating a tool for relaxation.

Problem Solving: Beyond MacGyver – no paper clip, no problem: Students will explore different ways to view problem solving. Content includes an interactive activity to focus on students' strengths; growth mindset; ah ha moments; working backwards; the power of imagination and more! 

Silent but Steering: The Values that Drive Us: In this interactive session, participants will complete a personal values assessment and engage in guided reflection on how their core values influence their leadership decisions and behaviors. Together, we’ll explore the critical role of value alignment in fostering authentic, effective leadership and creating cohesive school communities. 

Squirrel Moments… And What They Say About You Students will complete a personality self-screener to explore their strengths. Content includes: exploring personality traits; emotional intelligence; self-esteem boosters; habits of the mind; self-care and more!
